Home Care Nurse

Andreas – Henri Mullalli, RN, MSc is a Nurse and the Facilitator of the Department of Research and Continuing Education at the “Galilee” Palliative Care Unit. He is a graduate of the Nursing Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in Clinical Nursing with a specialization in Intensive Care Nursing.

In 2010, he began his professional career with volunteer work at the Elderly Care Unit “Agios Therapon” of the Archdiocese of Athens, where he later worked for three years as Head Nurse. In 2014, he joined the staff of the “Galilee” Palliative Care Unit. In 2016, he took on the role of Infection Control Nurse at “Galilee”, and from 2019 he worked as Head Nurse for the Home Care Service of the same unit.

Since 2021, he has been responsible for coordinating the Department of Research and Continuing Education, actively organizing and participating in scientific seminars and training activities, and supporting the training and development of healthcare professionals locally and nurses across the country.

He has attended specialized seminars in Palliative Care and participated in the Transformational Leadership Program (Brașov, Romania, 2015-2016), the international annual International Communication Skills Masterclass (2022-2025)-which he has since coordinated for the Greek team-and the ELNEC (End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium, 2022) train-the-trainer program, where he is a member of the ELNEC Greek teaching and organization team.

He also took part in the “Introducing palliative care clinicians to critical reading and academic writing program” of the RESPACC project (Bucharest, 2022). Since 2023, he has been a scientific publication reviewer for the European Association for Palliative Care (EAPC). He also participates in the research programs Cost program CODE-YAA@PC-EDU – CA22127 and the NurseEduPal@IMPACT Project.

He has delivered oral and poster presentations and published work in national and international scientific conferences, focusing on Palliative Care and nursing education.
