Help us raise money for a car to provide FREE home visits to as many people as need us!

Galilee needs a car to provide FREE home visits to as many people as need us, at a cost of 19.000€.

Galilee has been supporting since 2010, cancer patients and patients with motor neuron disease with FREE palliative care home visits.

Doctors, nurses, social workers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and other specialists, formulate a personalized plan of home visits, after assessing the needs and wishes of the patient and their caregivers. Cars are an essential tool for the proper functioning of this programme.

The car purchased will transport health care workers and the equipment we lent safely to patients’ homes, which sometimes may be up to 30km away from our offices. The minimum amount required to raise is €19,000, for a car suitable for all the above needs.

• If you want to contribute by making a bank deposit you can contact us by email finance@galilee.gr or call our Accounting Office 210 6635955 (Hours 08:00-14:00).
• Once you make a bank deposit please remember to write “CAR” as being the reason for the transfer.
• The entire amount of money raised from this action will be used to purchase a car.
• If the total amount collected is 80% of the amount needed, Galilee will cover the rest of the amount in order to purchase the car.
• If the total amount collected is less than 80% of the total amount needed, the money will be allocated for other Galilee purposes.
